Greetings, I am a Doula and provide Child developmental screenings (ASQ-3 Questionnaires) to the Immigrant/Refugee Communities. The service is provided FREE to Families with Children ages 1 month to 5 1/2 years to ensure they are developing on schedule. For participating the Family receives a $30 gift card per child.
