Teach me to sew

I want to learn how to sew, currently working from home. Anyone teaching lessons besides Joann's Fabrics? Would like to find an individual. I just want to learn to make small items, doll clothes for the grand daughter, etc. I can pay reasonable amount, shouldn't take long. I am willing to buy new machine and come to you if needed.
