Let's harness the energy to move stuck emotions and energy within your mind and body as we create space that allows you to manifest your dreams. This is an experiential mind/body journey, designed to make you FEEL using intuitive movement, powerful visualization, intense music, mind-bending breathwork and healing Reiki energy. Using movement to help you drop into your body and guided visualization to shift you into that state of alignment and flow. I’ll lead you through powerful breathwork allowing the new changes in your mind & body to take root. We’ll close with a Reiki healing to clear any remaining stagnant energy and re-balance your system. I'm looking forward to sharing your journey.
