A restorative sound journey for self care, insight, and realizations We invite you to come rest, relax, and receive a restorative sound bath on a beautiful private residence in Fallbrook. As we flow with the cosmic energies and influences at this time, Haley will guide the group on a unique sound journey. Using her voice, harmonic resonance, and multiple instruments to create a safe and peaceful environment for healing. These supportive sounds calm, relax, and soothe the immune and nervous system. If you are desiring to gather in a beautiful small community, we welcome you to join us! Windows will be open to create air flow so please dress warmly and bring layers. Also bring - Yoga matt - Blankets (preferably a sleeping bag for extra comfort) - Small pillow - Warm socks Please arrive at 5pm to allow plenty of time to park, set up your cozy area, and ground in.
