I have a 93 GMC K1500 4X4 that is knocking really bad so I bought a 1996 Chevy 150 4X4 that is only missing manual tranny and the engine sounds good. Sooo, i need them switched. Take the Chevy Vortec and put it in the GMC after removing that motor. I was told that the fuel system would have to be switched from the bad motor to the good one when doing the switch. So, how much would you charge to do this at my house. I have a garage to do it in. I don't have a lot of time to get this done. I am without a vehicle at this point. If you have a couple of free days, know how to do this with no problems (have experience with Chevy motors preferred), will work without having to leave to take care of something else, meaning you can dedicate your time to drop and pop, then let's talk.
