Busy agricultural equipment company in Ukiah is looking for additional mechanics to add to their busy team. Responsibilities: Repair machines and equipment using the needed tools. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine what kind of maintenance is needed. Determine the causes of operating errors and decide what to do about them. Conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance. Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators making sure in determining what tools and equipment are needed to do a job. Pick-up or order the needed parts from the Parts Department. Must have prior experience working on tractors and other AG equipment.
