This is not a job. This is a series of gigs available to make good money. Various gigs for college students. We are successful people who have small businesses in Real Estate, Construction, Technology, and Finance who are looking for workers for various projects. These gigs will consist of manual labor, property management, and personal errands. We are looking for College Freshmen and Sophomores to work with us an independent contractors/vendors. You will be paid $12 an hour to start and receive a dollar increase every quarter so long as you worked 200 hours for us in the previous quarter. Some additional incentive pay may be available on some gigs. Must have: - SAT score of 1200/1600 or 1800/2400 - Good Work Ethic: Hardworking, Honest, Punctual, Diligent, Eager to Work - Good Communication Skills: Pleasant Disposition, Clear Communication - Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and also able to work well with others in a team - Within reasonable pre-established limits, not picky about the type of work you will be doing - Able to manage both school and work without letting one negatively affect the other - Not have any other significant obligations aside from school and work Mentorship opportunities for top performers.
