Looking for deck builders in the Rock Hill/ York County area with GL and WC. Contractors need to be turnkey, meaning contractors are capable of arriving on time, providing us estimates for the entirety of the job, and completing the job unassisted. Jobs need to be to code with minimal punch lists. We are expecting 30-50+ deck leads a month. Again, the contractor must be able to provide proof of general liability insurance and workers comp. Needs to be familiar with York County's permit policy (can discuss).**
