Hello, I'm currently a student looking for volunteers to conduct a quick survey on how COVID-19 has effected people's everyday lives and their mental health. This is an unpaid survey for people who are willing to give their opinion on the following questions: What’s something that miss doing before COVID happened? Have you lost your job due to COVID? How would you describe your mental health on a scale of 1-10 ten being the best 1 being the worst your mental health. What has COVID effected most about your life? Check all that apply: _____ I have felt more depressed because of COVID. ______ I have felt more anxious because of COVID. ______ I have feelings of helplessness because of COVID. ______ I think the government has handled COVID appropriately. Has COVID impacted your relationship with your family? If so, how? Has COVID impacted your relationship with your significant other? If so, how? How has COVID permanently effected your life? What has been the hardest thing you’ve gone through because of COVID? If you are willing to give up a few minutes of your time please respond with the answers to the above questions. All participants will remain anonymous. This is strictly for data analysis.
