Started gigging R&R covers in '68. Usual pay for 4pc semi-pro band was $300/night at college frats and bars. $300 in '68 is equiv to $2,255 in '21. I owned a 175 capacity club in FL from '03-'05, on Fri and Sat nights we grossed $10-12K/night, equiv of $16K in '21. Bar/club owners will do ok again soon. My friends, you are performing too cheap. Stick together, maintain your standards.
