2021 Poultry Processing Demonstration is an opportunity to learn about processing chickens for meat. There will be live demonstration. Join us for the 2021 Poultry Processing Demonstration at Lenoir County Cooperative Extension Livestock Arena! This is a FREE event. Note: You may stay as long as you'd like once we head outside for the actual processing portion of the day. The day begins at 9:00 AM and is expected to last until around 1:00 PM. You will not be allowed back inside the kitchen after you have been outside due to biosecurity protocols. Please see the agenda. If you are not comfortable participating you are welcome to watch, or just stay for the classroom portion of the day.
