Need painter/crew

I have a home that needs to be painted.. It had a small grease fire in the kitchen that didn't cause any damage except on the wall/ceiling above the stove there is black soot that will wipe off) There are a few walls that need to be wiped down and the whole house(walls/ceilings) will need to be painted (Other rooms don't need it but it's on the list). This home is less than a year old and it's really an easy job.. Super easy... I would do this myself but I am really busy. The ceiling in the living room is 15ft high as well as one bedroom.. The rest of the rooms are standard. I need someone who is professional and doesn't play around.. This could land you a position as my resident painting contractor, which means that I will consult you on every paint job that comes my way. I manage several subdivions of very nice rental homes and I have a lot of work. The right person will take hold of this great opportunity and run with it! PLEASE HAVE ALL TOOLS NEEDED TO DO A GREAT JOB! (LADDERS/WALKBOARDS/PAINT EQUIPMENT ETC) -I will also have to do the flooring (laminate pull and stick) and some cabinets etc.. Those would be separate but if you are skilled at this we can talk. LOCATED IN LINCOLN OFF OF I-20
