Hello to all. **** Work start March 4, 2021 at 7am CST.**** ---- Interviews and walk arounds done on March 1, 2 and 3. This is a offer for two(2) easy, small jobs. You should have experience in demo and tear down. - You can either work solo, or split the money with your buddy. your choice. * But if you leave and the job before it is finished. You will not be paid fully. * I will estimate the final pay out, if only partial work is done. - I want the work to be completed in one day. - You will be paid only when the job is done. - I will not hire anyone with a bad attitude. ** I will only except hard workers.** * You will need to bring your own tools. Meaning; Gloves, hammer, wheel barrel, ladder, etc. * I will not be supplying you with anything. * You will need to feed and hydrate yourself. I will not. * I will not give out any kind of partial payments. * Covid-19 observations must be upheld. * No restrooms will be available. Mine is not available. * I am not liable for your mishaps or accidents. If you cause any collateral damage to my residence. You will forfeit any options for a payment. JOB #1: 1.) Tear down a falling in wood lean to porch. 10' x 10'. Pile scrap across the street. A. I want to save the screen mesh. There are a lot of staples to be pulled out. You can keep any of the scrap you want to, except the screen mesh and a fence panel. - Estimated time to be complete 3-6 hours. - Payment = $300.00 cash. 2.) Clean out scrap wood and other scrap from under a carport.
