The trades required are: Ability to cut and install all trim including crown mold Drywall repairs (we don't hang full rooms, only have to be able to complete patches and repairs) Painting- Must be a very good painter Light plumbing and electrical - set toilets, sinks, dishwasher, change plugs and switches Ability to complete proper amount of work in a day Guaranteed work every week of the year.
