Press release from the City of Brockton: February 26, 2021 Today, Governor Baker announced that effective March 1st, the Commonwealth will move to Phase 3, Step 2 of the reopening plan. This will allow indoor performance venues, such as concert halls, theaters, and other indoor performance spaces, and indoor recreational activities to reopen and capacity limits across all sectors will increase to 50 percent excluding employees.
