Must be 65 years and older. DOB will be verifiedMust be an Orange County ResidentRead and Agree to Waiver of Liability before proceedingComplete registration profileTickets are non-transferableIf you are sick, please stay homeEveryone’s temperature will be taken. The temperature must be below 99 degrees in order to be vaccinatedMust wear a face mask at all timesPractice social distancingYou will be asked to remain in a waiting area 10-15 minutes for observation after your vaccinationRegistration Period
