TOWSON, MD — A missing man was last seen on Loch Raven Boulevard, and police need help finding him. Joshua N. Davis, 25, was wearing a white fedora, green jacket and multicolored pants with army boots when he disappeared, officials said Saturday afternoon. Davis is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and about 150 pounds. Police said he frequents shopping centers near Loch Raven Boulevard and Taylor Avenue. When last seen, he was in the 8000 block of Loch Raven Boulevard, officials said. Have you seen Joshua Davis?
