I'm bored waiting for the end of COVID-19! Following 2 years of monthly gigs with performance tracks, it would be nice to be playing out again. About me: - wrote and recorded 4 commercial albums - appeared throughout US and Canada for festivals, open mucs and special appearances - I enjoy playing 60s, 70s and 80s - I'm not young but have great energy and audience appeal - Professional, reliable, non smoker, experienced My specialties: - Vocals: professionally trained to sing a wide range, from classical to Earth/Wind/Fire, Jazz and light rock - I play a mean djemba. In my prior gigs, I was once dubbed "the best they'd ever heard". In other words, I'd say my hands are my'chops'. - I have a bass and my own PA. My bass licks are by ear and I've been playing about a year. Not great but improvise quickly when I know a song. Venues, bands (jazz, some Latin, rock and 60s-80s)... don't wait. I'm a free agent waiting to be acquired (football terminology)!!
