Site manager wanted in exchange for reduced monthly rent. Will be responsible for light duties, such as watering trees, changing air conditioner filter, etc. Individual will be required to complete a credit/background check. Individual will have a 2 bedroom 1 bath house in a quiet residential area. $1000/ month plus electric, on site laundry provided, water/sewer/trash provided. Must have past work experience or proven ability to do light maintenance. Call for more details.
