highly skilled people for multiple home improvement jobs

I am looking for several skilled home improvement contractors that pay attention to detail, and like their job. I have a list of items I want done in my home and I only want highly skilled people doing what they are good at. Not looking for handy man or a jack of all trades. I have a kind of a long list and when you reply only reply to the job listing that you have 10 years experience in. This means you went to work 40 hrs a week for 10 years and you have worked 20,000 hours doing what your applying for. I am selling my house this fall for over a half million and I dont want anything rigged, half assed, good enough. I want perfect. when you reply tell me what job you want to estimate. #1 install siding over cedar shingles and cut out a 2 windows in wood framed 2nd story walls and install before siding. about 300 sq ft #2 install metal roofing over existing roof and install ( replace ) 2 skylights #3 replace 3rd story door and dormer leading to rooftop deck #4 Replace faicia on both sides of addition prime paint etc ( may go with siding job) #5 replace back door and sheet rock, insulate, install lighting in stairwell going to basement #6install sump pump in rear of house... lots of digging and cement work and go over back half of basement floor with self level ing concrete #7Install 2 pieces of duct work from furnace to sunroom and 2nd floor bath and finish 2 other pieces of duct work going to rear basement and base ment bath #8 intire kitchen floor needs removed reframed plywooded and ceramic tile installed. #9 all exterior walls need to be insulated by cutting holes in sheetrock and shooting in insulation #10 need a gas fireplace installed in excisting fireplace and gas line ran to it #11 lots of byfold doors installed #12 whole house painted at the end of working #13 sheet rock living room ceiling #14 remove sheetrock in basement and fix mold problem then re sheetrock #15 sheet rock 2nd and 3rd floor areas as needed #16 remodel 2nd story bath #17 install 3rd story mini bath #18 pour 2fr x 60 ft new sidwalk over old #8
