Weeding front yard - Monthly

Hi there, Looking for someone to simply hand-weed our front yard once per month. We pay $15/hour and expect about 2 hours in the warm months (when not much grows) and 3 hours in the cooler months (when it rains more often). We'd also like someone who do some weed eating and/or mowing in the back when required. (We have weed eater and lawnmower to use) Don't need someone with a landscaping business (though that's fine too), just someone who's willing to come and help us out on a monthly basis. Ideally someone who's close or in Glendale so it's not too far for you. Thanks!
