Spring Equinox Yoga and Sound in the Tropical House The Spring Equinox is a time of renewal and new beginnings, it's the perfect time to set long-lasting intentions for the year ahead. Step into the light with joy and community! Join Laura and Luke for 90 minute unique Yoga and Sound experience. The first 60 minutes of the event will be a dynamic and fluid vinyasa Yoga sequence accompanied by a DJ set! After the movement, we will make our way down to the mat for a 30 minute sound bath. You will need... a yoga matcomfortable props for sound bath (bolster, pillow, towels)blocks or other yoga props to support your dynamic practicean eye pillow (optional) warm layers for the sound bathWe will be safely socially distanced and surrounded by plants in our Tropical House. We are practicing in a large greenhouse with excellent air circulation and constant air movement. Participants are required to wear a mask to the mat and around the greenhouse, but can remove the mask when practicing. If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from participating.
