Older SoCal Surf Guitarist seeking Drums, Bass, and maybe a 2nd Guitar or Keys. This is somewhat of a Tribute Band; in that its focus is 60's Surf and Instrumental dance hits of the era- as well as lots of newer stuff. Vocals not necessary- but new set lists could include some vocal based material of the day. The emphasis is on fun and camaraderie. Looking for an older Drummer preferably with both Acoustic and Electric performance sets. An older Electric Bassist who favors classic Fender tone and gear, and can play with a finger attack, or equally well with a pick attack when needed. Possibly interested in an older Second Chair Lead/Rhythm Guitarist, or even a Keyboardist; either of which might get authentic tones from their gear. Period correct Fender guitars, amps, and free-standing reverbs or equivalent- are most desirable.
