There's a continuous trend at the parks around here where the laziest dog owners feel the have the right to allow their untrained mutts to roam off leash and antagonize other animals and people. I'm not referring to inside a dog park. This almost ended terribly for a chihuahua the other day that thought it could physically charge and aggress at my Schutzhund trained full-blooded AKC east German Shepherd, not once but twice -- and never once did the owners get involved,even though they watched the entire spectacle -- including me yelling for them to get their dog. Good thing my dog knows her commands, yet the little mutt just kept coming directly into her face, even after we ran in the other direction ( for the idiots' protection) it chased us and then went after another dog. Keep your mutts on a leash or suffer the consequences of your lack of responsibility.
