Starting pay (NOT A SALES POSITION): $25/hr + OT:NYS Certified Applicator Depending on Field Results/provable history. $20/hr + OT:NYS Certified Tech. - Depending on Field Results/provable history. $18/hr + OT: Non - Certified hire with Provable Outdoor Experience Work History. 40 hour work week plus 10 hours OT weather permitting. No weekend work! If you’re local and certified, you know that Lawn-A-Mat of Syracuse has 60+ years with a highly qualified customer base. We need employees, that can//will work to our accounts standards, based on quality production - we WILL, check work done, AND work WITH you throughout the season, to insure quality results! Season normally 9 months, with “off-season” employment opportunity, possible. Essential business - no lay offs, crews, or close customer contact. Company paid/reimbursed drug/physical/background/driving check BEFORE hire. NOT certified - must take NYS on-line course before hire - pass certification core exam WITHIN 3 months of hire.
