Need a small kitchen remodel for a rental condo at Carolina Beach, cabinets and countertops. Also need install only for vinyl plank flooring throughout condo. Will also require some drywall work. Would like the project completed in March. Need to find a reliable contract for miscellaneous jobs for a 6 unit condo building, different owners. Current job could lead to other projects as they arise for the HOA and/or individual owners.
