On Call Moving Helper

Hoping to get jobs this late winter/Spring---I provide moving labor (myself included) to customers who need help loading and/or unloading Uhauls etc. I have a lot of experience, so I'm not looking for helpers who want to "run the show." It's much less frustrating if I find someone who is teachable--otherwise it's just not worth it to me. Helpers avg around 30/hr after tips, so I don't feel like its asking too much-just be honest with me, and I will do the same. If I can find the right helper, I can get quite a bit of work (hopefully.) I turn down jobs because it's tough to find teachable helpers. These jobs are sporadic and on call---Usually just small jobs (1-4) hours (2 hour minimum.) The pay is 20/hr cash plus tips. I'm looking for someone that cares to learn the suggested moving techniques (seriously), is careful, and somewhat ez to get along with.
