Job Description Resume Required to Apply Flyer Distributor We are looking for valuable team members that can help us with this community service based company. Every year we run marketing campaigns with flyers to assist Police and EMS with finding homes in cases of emergency. By painting reflective address numbers, we greatly increase the chances of finding a home quickly at night time, and even during the day. Currently the weather is perfect for this type of position, and we are looking for a several qualified individuals. For this position, you will be expected to: -Have a working smartphone with Google maps for easy navigation through neighborhoods -Have a valid email address so that territories can be sent to you and pulled up on your smartphone -Have a working car for transportation and gas money to get to desired location -Be able to work mornings from 10-4 Monday-Friday and hit flyer goal for the day everyday no excuses -Show up to work on time and work diligently and walk at a fast pace with few rest periods -Put out an average of 100 flyers per hour in exchange for $18/hour pay -Payroll is every other Monday via Venmo or Cash App -Raises can be earned in less than 6 months. -Must provide your own water and snacks while walking - a small backpack is helpful -Listen to your favorite music with your headphones -Absolutely must be kind and courteous to all customers -Always keep conversations short and simple -Check in at the start of day required via text -Check out at the end of the day required via phone call -Map My Tracks or Google My Tracks for GPS tracking (paid training) Responsibilities and Duties In a nutshell, the candidate will be required to pay close attention to detail while following your map routes to make sure you stay on point. We provide our clients with GPS tracking that shows complete coverage of their territories, so it is important that we work in an organized fashion in the field. Dishonest behavior in the field will not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate termination. Ethics within our company are of the utmost importance and will be rewarded. There is no talking to customers just putting the flyers on their doors and reporting your progress. Qualifications and Skills Even as simple as the task may seem - we still need people that are willing to work hard and go the distance in both walking and reporting your progress. Previous job experience is not required but preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: This job is perfect for anyone who desires to work in a minimal human contact environment. You are always outside and you don't have to get closer than 6 feet to a single person if you don't want to.
