Description
We are seeking an Architectural Designer for our fast-paced, high-end, custom-home construction client, located near Conway, NH. Projects include extensive renovations and new construction.
Working closely with the team, this person is responsible for developing creative design concepts, creating a complete an accurate package for presentation, contract, estimating, and construction of both design-build and architecturally-designed projects. Responsible for coordinating projects through all phases of design, and preparing construction documents.
Must have outstanding quality design, communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking and computer skills (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro required). Must also have knowledge of codes.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a minimum of five years of related work experience. AIA license is required. Company will pay for ongoing AIA license costs and professional memberships.
Competitive compensation, that is commensurate with experience level and runs from junior to senior level (AIA license impacts the salary range) plus benefits package. No relocation; however, remote work (preferably in the New England area) is an option for the right candidate.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of any kind now and in the future.
