THE BASS PLAYER AD: Touring rock band seeking solid rock bass player Looking for a bassist that serves the song and sound/feel of the band with power and assertiveness ; not really looking for a jazz/jam influence player here but more of someone who takes possible influence from players like Nate Mendel, Mikey Shoes even a bit of Adam Clayton but not saying we need a clone of them, just someone who enjoys "diggin in" when needed. Someone who moves around on stage with charisma would be a big bonus for us. Also, being a solid backing vocalist is always welcome in this outfit too. About us: - Our home base is Pittsburgh PA but we perform 90% of shows on the road - We're looking to be a 4 piece ( 2 guitars, bass, drums) age range 21-32 - we're simply just missing the bass player at the moment. - We are a powerful, high energy rock band influenced by Foo Fighters, Queens of The Stone Age, Royal Blood, Big Wreck, Soundgarden, BRMC, Smashing Pumpkins, and Shinedown. - Have toured nationally in 2017-2019 - Plans are to tour as many dates as possible in 2021 and beyond. - We have our own private rehearsal space with a good PA for practice, house bass amp too - free of charge - We own very reliable 15 passenger van for touring/travel and trailer for gear -We can help you look for a side job while off the road, to keep money in your pocket while we route out the next tour(s). -This is a full time commitment that we work on day in and day out. Whether its rehearsing, writing, recording, working on video, artwork, networking, social media etc. We do have side jobs, whether back home off the road or by way of work from laptop/online while on the road, acoustic gigs here and there too - to make supplemental income for ourselves; but our primary focus is moving this band/business forward, onward and upward to the highest reaches of the global music industry. This is a lifestyle not a hobby.
