Seeking Rehearsal Space / Others Bands to Split With

We are an Americana rock band and are looking to get back into a lock out rehearsal space after giving up our last room last August. Looking to hear back from bands/musicians that have a space and need another band to share it with. Or email me if you are a band without a space and need a roommate, maybe we can go in on a room together. We are centrally located, and prefer to stay north, but can be flexible for the right situation. We pay the rent on time, generally don't bring the party to rehearsals, and overall we're pretty solid roommates. We tend to rehearse once a week. Occasionally we like to have access for drum practice, and various other musical endeavors. We are looking to leave gear and are open to sharing equipment for everyone's convenience.
