Rebuild small 12'x8' enclosure with horizontal boards

Would like to hire help to replace my enclosure with cedar boards. The posts are good but will need to have the slats running horizontal instead of vertical. Will also need the gate door installed. Looking to hire company or somebody with fence experience.
