PHILADELPHIA — A $25,000 reward is available for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the mass shooting that hurt eight people in Philadelphia last week. The city and ATF are offering the reward. Authorities are still looking for the shooters involved in the incident that occurred at 2:50 p.m. on Feb. 17 at SEPTA's Olney Transportation Center. Eight people ranging from 17 to 71 years old were hurt in the incident. All victims were treated at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Police said it's unclear if any of those victims were the intended targets of the shooting. Police said 18 empty shell casings were found at the scene of the shooting. Through the several hours of video recovered during the investigation, authorities are looking to identify three men believed to be responsible for the shooting. One suspect is described as having a thin build and was wearing a green mask, dark-colored jacket with white stripes down the arms and an emblem on the chest, dark pants, and dark shoes. Another was also described as being tall with a thin build. He was wearing all dark clothing and white or light-colored shoes. The third man was said to have a medium build and was wearing all dark clothing. Authorities said these men frequently drive in an older model blue Ford Explorer. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact police by dialing 911, contacting the PPD Tipline at 215-686-8477, submitting a tip online here, or contacting the Northwest Detectives Division directly at 215-685-3353.
