All my belongings and my children's belongings that we have ever own was wrongfully auctioned off by this storage facility. After numerous calls, leaving messages, and multiple trips to the facility they did not want to respond to anything nor were they ever on site for me to pay them and so all of our belongings were sold. It was all that we had left. My family and I have been homeless for one year now and I have talked to the district manager in the past about payment arrangements and our current situation just for our belongings to be sold from underneath of us.
