Lucy (about 6 years old) and Korra (about 7 years old) are two female budgies looking for a new home. Here's some info about them: - their wings are currently unclipped - they will step up onto your finger, but are otherwise untame/shy with humans - their cage is currently taken outside every day, and they LOVE singing with their wild bird friends - Lucy is very spunky and spirited, and loves taking the lead on projects in their cage - Korra is sweet and shy, and has a BEAUTIFUL singing voice Here's what they're looking for in the ideal home: - they would love to find a home where it's safe for them to explore outside of their cage so that they can use their wings to fly - they would love a human companion who has the time, energy, and patience to interact with them and train them consistently - if neither of the above are possible, they would LOVE to be rehomed with other parakeets so that they may socialize with others of their kind Lucy, Korra, their cage, toys, food, and the book "Parakeets for Dummies" are all included. There is no adoption fee--everything is free. However, I am looking for the BEST FIT for Lucy and Korra--they've been my companions for many years, and it is important to me that their new home will give them access to the highest quality of life possible.
