Description
So, maybe there's one person that would be able to do most or all of the work. Maybe you can do one or 2. Send a reply via CL
1- the current gig--
One of these lights needs repair, as you can see it dangling. The light itself works but the wiring is obviously exposed and the fixture need to be repositioned. Would like it fixed sooner than later. It might be a 5 minute job to get it in place. I'm also interested in having some caulking/sealant to secure/waterproof it, and the other light as well. I'm pricing this at $35, bring your own ladder. Thanks
Potential future gigs--
2- will need a few furniture items moved next month or so, a small couch or sectional, a mattress set from a local store, a couple dozen boxes taken to consignment shop. No set day/destination yet. Would require a small pick up truck at least. Not sure if it would all be the same day.
3- Later in the spring a little paint touch up outside the same window w these lamps, and a few parts replaced on the resin/plastic outside banister that have broken from falling ice. Extent of job to be determined.
Potentially--
4-- those with experience I'll be looking for estimates to repair/replaced some decking that's rotted, probably nearer the summer.
5+++ Definitely--
Would also be interested in hiring for regular shoveling/snow blowing for the rest of the season if that interests you. $25 under 6 inches, more if over.
Jobs 50 dollars and over paid by money order or Zelle/Venmo. Unless you could sign receipt/invoice.
But, Snow removal could be cash. 25 average, a bit more for a more snow.
Let me know your experience or credentials and any references you have.
We can discuss rates for future work.
The residence is in N Rochester. Close to 125 & Spaulding Turnpike, not far from the Big Lot/ Market Basket on Milton Rd.
