Cooking with Courtney is bringing you a tasty soup recipe, courtesy of C. Moore. She first received this soup from a friend long ago. It's a guaranteed way to feel better if you're under the weather, she said.
Ingredients 2 large cans or boxes of chicken broth (chicken bouillon cubes work too)1 can spinach1/4 c. small pastina3 eggs2 tbsp. waterpinch of pepper Instructions Bring broth to a boil. Add spinach and pastina while under a light boil.Mix eggs, water, pepper, and add slowly to broth.Serve with sourdough or garlic bread when cooked!
