This is Real Images' annual event to recognize the women in Central Arkansas who are making a difference in the community. The vision of Real Images is to connect women of all backgrounds. It is our philosophy that no matter the difference in race, religion, or socio-economic status, there are common threads that all women share. It is this philosophy that has inspired the Phenomenal Women Luncheon, where all women in central Arkansas come to celebrate each other and support our young girls. Each year we honor two women in our community with a Phenomenal Woman Award and highlight our MIRROR Program, and present a recipient(s) with the MIRROR Award. The MIRROR Award is up to $1,000, given to a young girl to practice a passion that builds on natural skills and talents in the areas of business, education or the arts. This award has opened doors to several young girls' opportunities to have an experience that would not have otherwise been available due to limitations in household budgets.
