MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MN—The city of Mendota Heights announced it is looking to hire an additional police officer. According to the department's website, the police department currently has 20 officers and four civilian employees. Applicants must have an Associate's Degree in Law Enforcement or a related field, and be licensed by the P.O.S.T. Board or eligible to be licensed by April 1.
