Janitor wanted for cleaning and maintenance of small office building. Must be able to follow instructions, pay attention to details and work independently. Emphasis on cleaning. * Cleaning work involves emptying trash, cleaning doors and windows, sweeping and mopping, vacuuming carpets, cleaning toilets and cleaning sinks. * Maintenance work involves mowing grass, trimming weeds, picking trash, shoveling snow, painting, moving furniture, changing light bulbs, simple repair work and odd jobs. Requirements: * Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, climb a ladder, lift 50 pounds and operate mower and snow thrower. * Must be able to work safely and follow safety protocols. * Must be high school graduate or GED. Applicants will be subject to background check and drug testing. Annual pay raises. 30-40 hours per week. Work Hours: Thur & Fri: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Sat & Sun: 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm Wed (As-needed): 8:00 am to 4:00 pm To apply, use REPLY button. We will send initial questionnaire by CL mail relay.
