FEATURING DAVID PHELPS with Keynote Guest, Dr. Monty Burks, CPRS, PLC, PHD We are excited to announce our 2021 Gala musical guest is none other than the incredible David Phelps, formerly with the Gaither Vocal Band. David will perform favorites and new songs for 45 minutes of our program. Our keynote speaker is Dr. Monty Burks, the Director of Special Projects & Faith Based Initiatives with the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. Dr. Burks has been a social activist and community mobilizer for over a decade. Most recently, he was introduced to the nation as President Trump hailed Dr. Burks for his recovery from personal addiction and his incredible work in Governor Lee’s cabinet to mobilize the faith based community to address addiction in our communities. Dr. Monty Burks, CPRS, PLC, PHD For your convenience, we’re offering two seatings for this event – 12:00 noon Luncheon and 6:00 pm Dinner. Make your reservation for individual seats ($55 each) or a table for 8 ($440) based upon the seating time that works best for you.
