NOW HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS FOR THE UPCOMING SPRING/SUMMER SEASON! STRIPEMASTER - you can put down mowing stripes better than anyone LAWNROCKSTAR - you excel at whatever you are working on, whether it's string trimming, installing mulch, leaf cleanups or plantings. HARDSCAPE NINJA - you are a guru at all things hardscapes including paver patios, firepits, retaining walls and concrete. A+ Lawn Care is a family owned business in Deforest with consistent growth each year. We service the Deforest/Sun Prairie/Madison area and have built a reputation based on quality and top notch service. If you enjoy working outdoors, take extreme pride in your work and have a work hard so you can play hard philosophy, you may be a great fit for our team! Must have relevant experience for the position you are applying for such as mowing amazing stripes or taking a paver patio project from start to finish. For the right person, will train lawn rockstars. Must have experience with basic equipment for the position you are applying for such as string trimmer, zero turn mower, driving a truck with a trailer and backing up the trailer, running a skid steer or mini wheel loader, etc. Pay based on experience. $17-$25. Prizes/bonuses, plus seasonal bonuses. Health insurance, paid holidays and retirement plan. In addition: Love the great outdoors. Must be dependable, consistently showing up on time. Must have reliable transportation to our shop in Deforest. Have a working smartphone to communicate. Must have valid WI drivers license with clean driving record, if driving a truck. Flexibility with work hours due to weather (rain outs). Able to work in a fast paced environment, we work at an efficient pace so we have more time to enjoy outside of work. Able to follow direction whether it's the owner, manager or foreman, as well as be self-motivated. Able to lift 50+ pounds.
