Electric work, house has new panel, need rewire 1600 Sq Ft. Plumbing, cancelling a bathroom and moving it across the hall, house is on a slab, so would need to be familiar with what that entails. Moving the main supply line entry to side of the house from the front. Replacing or lining lateral. Rerouting some retrofit line that are on the exterior of house. Adding a tankless.
