Looking for a handyman/carpenter/painter to make a 2BR apartment rent ready. Requirements include cleaning, painting and replacing peel&stick tile. Contact will be direct to owner. Labor budget is $500-$900. Below is the full scope of work: 1. Prep/patch/paint walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets and baseboards WHITE (*Replace damaged or broken doors) 2. Remove trash and clean for rent ready condition 3. Replace kitchen and bathroom tile 4. Install missing/replace damaged outlet/switch plate covers 5. Install missing/replace damaged light fixtures 6. Install clothing rod/shelves in bedroom/living room closet if missing 7. Verify smoke detector is installed in unit. If not, install. 8. Replace damaged wood on door jambs 9. Paint hardwood floors brown 10. Spray paint bathroom tub and surrounding wall WHITE if dingy after cleaning
