Description
We are a family of 6 (2 parents, 4 kids, 6-12) and 2 dogs (both 20 lbs and under). Mom and dad are both employed and can provide employment letters with income verification. We also have a reference from our current landlord. Mom works in Waunakee and dad works in Deforest. We are open to Madison, Deforest, Windsor, Sun Prairie, Waunakee and areas close to there. We are currently west side of Madison. We are non smokers. We do all of our own lawn maintenance and snow removal. We also always provide our own salt for the water softener, we do the yard work and we can do most repairs and remodeling if needed (there is experience in this area) etc...we have a decent budget. We prefer a house but a duplex may work. Our lease ends April 31st and can move anytime from now til then.
