Maintenance Department is seeking a full time Field Inspector to perform Property Audit Photo Report Inspections on Homeowner Association (HOA) communities. The candidate must have a general knowledge of building construction and should have knowledge of exterior building components and site amenities, One to Three years of Construction & Maintenance experience preferred but not required. · The candidate must be computer literate and have a basic knowledge of Microsoft® programs. · The candidate must be able to collect and process building and inspection data on tablets, smartphones and computers. · The candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills, professional behavior, and be a team player. · The candidate will receive training on Inspections and Computer Application. · Paid mileage, with the possibility of Company vehicle for daily use.
