San Diego animal rescue seeking a volunteer live on caretaker/manager. Ideal fit would be more than one adult and no children with an independent source of income. An absolute love for animals and understanding of the demands that go with their care is a MUST. It’s hard work, never ends but the rewards are endless. Frequent changes are common and a firm commitment to flexibility and ability to follow instructions are crucial. Animals include dogs, cats, horses, goats, llamas and some exotics. A comfort around all of them is needed. Responsibilities will include cleaning, feeding, maintaining property and areas where animals are housed in addition to other tasks. Must be open to instruction and learning regardless of experience. In exchange we offer independent housing and country atmosphere in a newer and clean triple slide 5th wheel with AC, Full kitchen, TV, Water, Sewer, Trash and Electricity. References required.
