Property Management Company seeks qualified, skilled Maintenance Supervisor with experience in multiple Residential and Commercial Property Maintenance. REQUIRED 3+ of experience as a working maintenance professional Strong written and verbal communications skills, including email and text Professional appearance Strong painting and paint matching skills Moderate plumbing, electrical, carpentry and drywall experience Must have own truck/van and tools Clean driving record Auto insurance References requested Background and drug testing upon hire This is a full time Monday through Friday position and throughout San Diego County. DUTIES INCLUDE: Coordinating Technician schedules Follow-up with Vendors and Tenants Interfacing with Corporate Office on Technician Crew and Work Orders Servicing Work Orders Rent Readies Rehab Projects Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies required, which includes double time pay.
