We are looking for ~ Grooming school graduate or equivalent education or experience and at least two years work experience as a professional groomer ~ Full breed knowledge, able to groom to standard ~ Sensitivity to health concerns and a GREAT dog handler ~ The ability to assess, diagnose and prescribe solutions to problems ~ Clear communication with client needs ~ Work in a positive TEAM environment ~ Someone who keeps a clean shop daily ~ Must have own grooming tools, we provide shampoo and sharpening ~ Time sensitivity to customers that are boarders or day care guests and want grooming ~ Use of the computer for client tracking, grooming notes ~ Able to lift 50 + pounds We have an active reservation desk that works hard at filling the schedule.
