Rehoming a 1 year old female Mini Rex

PLEASE DO NOT FLAG!! I POSTED ABOUT MY FEMALE MINI REX 2 WEEKS AGO AND IT GOT FLAGGED!! I'M LEGITIMATELY TRYING TO REHOME MY MINI REX I have a 1 year old female Mini Rex with blue eyes. I'm looking to rehome her, as she's gotten highly territorial lately, even after getting fixed on Jan. 2 of this year. She gets along with my male Holland lop, but in the last couple of months, hasn't gotten along and has started chasing my female Holland Lop when they're allowed to free roam in the same room. When I say she's gotten territorial, I mean she's been marking a lot by leaving A LOT of droppings. I am looking to rehome her for $150 (I may be willing to negotiate). The reason I'm looking for $150 is that: - She will come with an X-pen, 2 litter boxes, and hay and pellets for transitioning - She was fixed on Jan. 2, so I'm looking to recoup at least part of the costs - She got the RHD vaccine, but I misplaced the paperwork showing proof of the vaccination
